Custom Sizes

Weighbridges are designed to weigh large vehicles with more than 4 wheels. Cargo trucks and trailer trucks have more than 4 wheels and can’t be weighed efficiently using other weighing equipment. Depending with the size and weight of the load, the size of the weighbridge needs to fit it. Camaweigh offers different Weighbridges with different sizes. The smallest weighbridge offered is 9m * 3m and the largest has a dimension of 22m * 3m. If the loads to be weighed don’t fit these sizes, Camaweigh can manufacture a customized weighbridge.

Custom Load Cells

Load cells are considered to be the most important part of any weighing equipment. These devices are the ones responsible for producing a weight output. Load cells differ in their load capacities and type. Camaweigh offers Zemic, Keli, and OEM load cells. The largest capacity of the load cells offered by Camaweigh is up to 50t. Depending on the size of the weighbridge, it may contain multiple load cells. Depending on the number of load cells to be used, junction boxes of the weighbridge is also customizable.

Product Built

The built of the desired weighbridge may also me custom made with regards to the choice of the client. As default, weighbridges offered by Camaweigh are made from either purely steel or concrete. The option of adding guiderails to assist loads is also available. The customer can also choose the color theme of their weighbridge.
