High Precision Weighing indicator (1~8 load cell)
The high precision weighing indicator (1~8 load cell) is one such weighing machine that uses a technology with a high precision conversion rate. These weighing indicators are popularly used in electronic floor scale, track scale and other static weighing systems between 1 to 8 load cells. It has an AC/DC power supply with a standard rechargeable battery. In these indicators, one can set the tracking range to zero. In high precision weighing indicators, the DC power socket comes with anti-connect and anti-short circuit protection along with a strong anti-disturbance function.
For the working of these machines the necessary power supply ranges between AC of 220V and DC of 6V per 10Ah. The weighing scale is charged with an external battery that can be recharged.
The Baud rate which is defined as the rate as per which information is conveyed in a communication channel of this indicator is 600.
Load Cell Connection Mode and Excitation
For the load cell connection in this weighing scale there are a total of 6 wires used that can auto-compensate for a long-distance whereas its load cell excitation is DC of 5V.
A/D Conversion Speed
A/D referring to the conversion of an analog signal to a digital signal takes place in this weighing indicator at a speed of 10times per second.
The range to which a node can send its data is the transmission distance of a machine which in this case is greater than equal to 30 meters.
The high precision weighing indicator (1~8 load cell) has a 7-bits 0.8 inch LED display beside it has 3 level battery indication.
